The one-bedroom oceanfront Condo sleeps 4 people, with the upstairs loft queen bed and the downstairs living room Murphy queen bed. It is a non-smoking unit. Condo amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, two TVs, cable, high-speed wifi, A/C, assigned covered parking, BBQ.

Puamana has a unique pool that is built into the ocean. This quiet, adult pool is a tranquil setting to enjoy the sunshine, the water, and watch the surf. There are two other family pools in the Puamana community surrounded by beautiful landscape for fun and relaxation.

The full-sized tennis court is reservable by guests and residents. It is centrally located by the clubhouse in a park-like setting. The pickle ball court and playground are located by the family pool for a day of fun for the whole family.

The Puamana clubhouse has a plantation house architecture with sitting areas including a piano, a library and outdoor seating. The clubhouse is the central hub for information, mail, reservations, as well as large meeting space which can be rented to host your event.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is located on the second floor of the Clubhouse overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Guests and residents can use the facility for a fee. There is an elliptical, treadmill, bike and rowing machine as well as free weights and universal weights.
